Do you ship worldwide?

Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure prompt processing, any requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing an order. Unfortunately, requests beyond this window will be denied. Once you receive your order, you can initiate a return for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We welcome payments from all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and also accept PayPal transactions.
When will my order be processed?
Our committed team works diligently to ensure your order is processed efficiently. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and peak sale seasons. We manage orders between Monday and Friday. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order and dispatched the following day. Kindly note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Considering the high demand, delivery times can vary between 2-4 weeks.
What if I don't receive my order?
Should you not receive your order within 30 days post-shipping, you qualify for a complete refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
All prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. This might mean you could be liable for additional duties and taxes once your order reaches its destination. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by your local customs department. These charges and the responsibility to pay them are solely yours. We do not take responsibility for any delays caused by your country's customs department. To understand these charges better, we advise contacting your local customs office.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
In the unfortunate event that you receive merchandise that is incorrect, incomplete, or defective, kindly reach out to us. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any other pertinent information. We are committed to resolving your issue as swiftly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be reverted to the original mode of payment. If you've made the payment via credit or debit card, refunds will be processed by the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned merchandise or the cancellation confirmation. For any queries concerning the refund timeline, you can connect with your card-issuing bank. If your refund has yet to reflect in your account, we recommend contacting your bank/credit card company as there could be a slight delay before it appears in your statement.
